HOlly’s CHOCOLATE Guiness Fudge recipe

This makes a large batch, it's super easy and you can spike it with other flavours!

Ingredients

454g of good dark chocolate

1 tin of condensed milk

1 can of Guinness

1 tablespoon of malt extract (you can leave this out if you want!)

Method

  1. Start by melting your chocolate in a bowl over boiling water.

  2. In the meantime, pour your whole can of delicious Guinness in a pan and start reducing, we need to reduce this guy down to a tablespoon - this is gonna add a layer of beery bitterness in such a great way.

  3. Once that's done take off heat. incorporate all your ingredients into the chocolate, stir it all in, the texture will change quite quickly so work fast.

  4. Pour into a shallow squared-off tray lined with cling film. Use a marisse/spatula aka 'the money maker' to get all the chocolate mix into the tray, slide her in the fridge, this will set in 4 hours.

  5. After 4 hours take it out the fridge, flip onto a board and cut into 1cm square cubes!

  6. Garnish with maldon and eat!
